Cleaning Service Scope of Work

This clean covers all stated areas of the property, broken down by room:

Kitchen Area

·       All skirting boards, table tops, and counter tops.

·       All floors vacuumed and mopped.

·       Exterior of all cupboards, drawers, and appliances.

·       Interior cleaning of the microwave.

·       Sinks and taps sanitised, including washing, drying, and arranging dishes.

·       Interior window glass cleaned.

·       Waste Bins cleaned and liners replaced upon request.

Bathroom Area

·       All skirting boards.

·       All floors vacuumed and mopped.

·       Toilets disinfected with bleach and limescale remover

·       Baths, showers, and screens treated for limescale removal on glass, metal fixtures, and seals.

·       Tiled walls cleaned, including specific mould remover for affected areas.

·       Mirrors and glass windows polished.

·       Waste Bins cleaned and liners replaced upon request.

Bedroom Area

·       All skirting boards and accessible surfaces dusted and disinfected.

·       All floors vacuumed and mopped.

·       Arrangement and styling of bedding and cushions.

·       Interior window glass cleaned.

·       Waste Bins cleaned liners replaced upon request.

Living & Dining Room Area

·       All skirting boards, table tops, and counter tops dusted and disinfected.

·       All floors vacuumed and mopped.

·       Dining table, dining chairs wiped down and neatly arranged.

·       Cushions and general items organised.

·       Interior window glass cleaned .

·       Waste Bins cleaned and liners replaced upon request.

Staircases & Hallways

·       All skirting boards dusted and cleaned.

·       All surfaces, entryways, hallways, and staircases thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

·       Hallway mirrors and glass fixtures polished.

Optional Add-Ons (Available upon request)

·       Deep clean of the oven interior.

·       Interior kitchen cupboards and drawers.

·       Interior fridge detailing (excludes freezer units).

Excluded from this scope: The removal of notable or heavy buildup, including visible limescale, mold patches, or heavy grease/grime.
