Questions
Are you taking new regular clients?
Yes, regular cleaning is open to new clients now. Places depend on our cleaners' availability, so fill in the form and we'll confirm your price and first available dates. If we're full on the days you need, we'll offer you a place on our waiting list.
Why do I need a One Time Clean first?
Regular cleans are built to keep a home clean, not to catch up on months of build up. Your One Time Clean brings every room up to our standard first, so each regular clean keeps it there. It's a one off, and you get 10% off it when you join a plan.
How are your prices worked out?
Every regular price is based on £23 an hour, set by the size of your home. You pay one fixed price for each clean, with cleaning products, a DBS checked cleaner and cover if they're off all included.
How does the add on credit work?
Weekly plans earn £30 of credit every 3 months, and fortnightly plans every 6 months. It builds up while you stay, and you can spend up to £30 of it per clean on an add on: interior oven (£30), kitchen interior cupboards (£30), balcony (£25) or interior fridge (£17.50). Message us at least 48 hours before the clean. Credit has no cash value and ends if you leave.
What if I want to stop?
Your plan carries on until you choose to stop. Tell us at least 7 days before your next clean and no more cleans are booked or charged, with no fee. It works the same way in your trial month, and there's nothing to pay back.
Can I move or skip a clean?
Yes. Give us at least 48 hours' notice and you won't pay for that clean. With less notice, 20% of that clean is charged.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key or an access code. We just need safe access to your home at the booked time.
Can I choose my cleaner?
You can tell us up to 3 cleaners you'd prefer. We use your preferences as a guide when arranging your cleans, always subject to availability. Every cleaner is trained to the same standard.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Yes, your cleaner brings the cleaning products. Please have a working vacuum, mop and toilet brush at home for each clean.
What if my cleaner can't make it?
We arrange another trained cleaner to step in, looking at your preferences first.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right, with a re-clean or an adjustment where appropriate.
