Every Custom Clean includes your kitchen or a bathroom, cleaned to the same standard as our One Time Clean. Ideal before guests arrive, after a party, or when one part of your home needs attention.

Simple hourly pricing. You only pay for the time your clean actually takes.

Minimum booking
We estimate the hours from the rooms you choose. The smallest Custom Clean is 2.5 hours, which is £62.50.

Pay 25% of your estimate when you book. Your card is saved securely for the rest.

Charged after
We charge the balance for the time taken. If your clean runs longer, the extra time is charged at £25 an hour.
Example: you ask for a kitchen and bathroom clean and we estimate 3 hours. You pay a £18.75 deposit when you book. If the clean takes 3 hours, we charge the remaining £56.25 afterwards, £75 in total.

Good to know
Equipment
Cleaners bring their own products. If you'd like us to bring a vacuum and mop, it's £17.50. Please request it at least 24 hours before your clean.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 48 hours before your clean for a full refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, we keep 20% of the booking price.
Joining a recurring plan?
Recurring plans start with a One Time Clean of the whole property, so a Custom Clean can't be used in its place.
