End of Tenancy Clean: Scope of Service

This clean covers all stated areas of the property, broken down by room:

Kitchen Area

  • Full interior and exterior deep cleaning of all cupboards, drawers, shelving, and tracks (completely free of crumbs, dust, and residue).

  • Deep degreasing and carbon removal of the Oven interior, wire racks, trays, elements, and glass door panels.

  • Complete degreasing and cleaning of the Hob, splashbacks, extractor fan unit, and mesh filters.

  • Full interior and exterior sanitisation of the Fridge and Freezer (units must be fully defrosted in advance), including deep cleaning of the pleated rubber door seals and the rear condensation drainage channel.

  • Deep interior and exterior cleaning of the Microwave.

  • Sinks, taps, and drain plugs completely descaled, polished, and cleared of debris.

  • High-level dusting and degreasing, specifically including the top surfaces of wall-mounted cabinets and all countertops.

  • All floor areas vacuumed and mopped, including pulling out freestanding appliances to clean the floor and wall space behind them where safe to move.

  • Interior window glass, window sills, and internal window tracks/runners deep cleaned.

  • Light switches, plug sockets, door handles, and skirting boards wiped clean.

Bathroom Area

  • Complete descaling, cleaning, and polishing of taps, showerheads, metal fixtures, and waste traps.

  • Thorough descaling and streak-free polishing of bath units, shower enclosures, and glass screens (including removing and cleaning the bottom plastic screen sweeps).

  • Deep clean of tiled walls, including scrubbing grout lines and treating embedded black mould on silicone sealants.

  • Disinfection and descaling of the toilet bowl (under the rim), the seat, the lid, and the hard-to-reach floor area behind the toilet base.

  • Mandatory internal cleaning within the shower drain cover/filter to completely remove hair, slime, and soap buildup.

  • Interior and exterior cleaning of bathroom cabinets, shelving, and mirrors.

  • Vacuuming and mopping of flooring, ensuring edges, skirting boards, and corners are dust-free.

  • Light switches, extractor fan vents, and door frames dusted and wiped.

Bedroom Area

  • Full interior and exterior cleaning of all wardrobes, drawers, and fitted storage units.

  • High-level dusting of light fixtures, bulbs, shade attachments, and curtain rails.

  • All skirting boards, door frames, and the top edges of internal doors thoroughly wiped down to remove settled dust.

  • Thorough vacuuming of all carpeted or hard floors, ensuring edges and areas beneath/behind movable furniture are pristine.

  • Wiping and disinfecting of light switches, plug sockets, and radiators (including cleaning behind the radiator panels).

  • Interior window glass, window sills, and internal window tracks/runners cleaned.

  • Complete removal of cobwebs from ceilings and high corner coves.

Living & Dining Room Area

  • Full interior and exterior wipe-down of all storage furniture, sideboards, and shelving units.

  • Detailed dusting of all architectural woodwork, including skirting boards, door frames, and the tops of doors.

  • Wiping down and cleaning of dining tables, chairs, and accessible hard furniture.

  • Deep vacuuming of sofas and armchairs, including removing cushions to vacuum dust, hair, and debris from the base underneath.

  • Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all floor surfaces, moving movable furniture to clean underneath.

  • Interior window glass, window sills, and internal window tracks/runners deep cleaned.

  • Light switches, power sockets, radiators (including behind panels), and mirrors polished and wiped.

  • Removal of any visible cobwebs from high corners and ceilings.

Staircases & Hallways

  • Detailed dusting and cleaning of banisters, handrails, spindle railings, and skirting boards.

  • Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all steps, treads, entryways, and hallways.

  • Wiping of all internal doors, door frames, light switches, and plug sockets.

  • Polishing of hallway mirrors and glass decorative fixtures.
