Our cleaners photograph every room before and after your clean. If your check out report flags something within our scope, send it to us and we'll compare it against our photos. If our photos don't show it was cleaned to standard, it's on us, and we'll put it right or compensate you.
We guarantee the clean, not the deposit. Deductions for damage, wear and tear or rent arrears are between you and your landlord, and have nothing to do with how the property was cleaned.

Do you guarantee my deposit?
We guarantee the clean, not the deposit. Your landlord or agent can deduct for things that have nothing to do with cleaning, such as damage, wear and tear or rent arrears. What we promise is this: our cleaners photograph every room before and after your clean, and if your check out report flags something within our scope, we compare it against our photos. If our photos don't show it was cleaned to standard, it's on us, and we'll put it right or compensate you.
How is this different from a One Time Clean?
An End of Tenancy clean is done to the standard agents and landlords check at the end of a tenancy, with the property empty. It includes inside the oven, fridge, freezer, cupboards and wardrobes. A One Time Clean is a reset for the home you live in, and can't be used for a deposit return or a check out report.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, please. Remove your belongings and any rubbish before we arrive, so every cupboard, surface and floor can be cleaned. We can't clean around items left behind.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many tenants leave keys with the agent, a concierge or in a lockbox. We need safe access, with running water, electricity and lighting on.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpets are vacuumed as standard. A full carpet clean is an add on, from £40 for one room. Many agents ask for it at check out, so check your tenancy agreement.
Do you bring equipment and products?
Yes. We supply all the equipment and cleaning products, including vacuums and mops, so you don't need to leave anything at the property.
Can I move or cancel my clean?
Yes. Give us at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, 20% of the clean is charged.
