    • Light dusting of reachable areas

    • General tidying and presentation cleaning

    What Is Not Included:

    • Removal of hardened stains

    • Limescale or mould treatment

    • Interior cleaning of cupboards and appliances

    • Deep cleaning of kitchen and bathroom fixtures

    • Furniture moving

    • Restoration work for neglected properties

    • Oven, fridge, or freezer cleaning

      Deep Clean

    Description:
    A high-standard clean for properties that require more attention than a general clean, with a focus on grime, limescale, and mould treatment. Suitable for periodic deep hygiene resets in occupied or recently vacated homes.

    What Is Included:

    • All general cleaning tasks

    • Enhanced treatment of grime, limescale, and mould (surface-level only)

    • Thorough hoovering and mopping of all floors

    • Deep scrubbing of kitchen and bathroom areas (including behind fixtures where accessible)

    • Detailed cleaning of:

      • Skirting boards

      • Light switches and sockets

      • Exterior surfaces of cupboards and appliances

    What Is Not Included:

    • Interior cupboard cleaning

    • Full mould or limescale restoration

    • Interior cleaning of appliances (except optional oven treatment if pre-arranged)

    • Tenancy inspection–ready detailing

    • Carpet shampooing or fabric treatment

    • Exterior window cleaning

    • Waste or item removal

    • Cleaning of lofts, sheds, or outbuildings unless agreed in advance

    End of Tenancy Clean

    Description:
    A comprehensive clean designed to prepare a property for new tenants or final inspection. This service covers all key areas of the property with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring a presentable, professional standard.

    What Is Included:

    • Kitchen:

      • Exterior and interior of cupboards

      • Oven (exterior and interior treatment)

      • Fridge, freezer (if defrosted), microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher (exteriors only unless agreed)

    • Bathroom:

      • Sink, toilet, bath/shower, tiles, mirrors, and fixtures

    • Bedrooms & Living Areas:

      • Hoovering and mopping

      • Skirting boards

      • Light switches, sockets, door frames, and handles

      • Dusting all reachable surfaces

      • Cleaning of window sills and ledges

    • Interior windows (reachable)

    • Cobweb removal

    • General surface wipe-down throughout the property

    What Is Not Included:

    • Wall washing or stain removal from painted walls

    • Carpet shampooing or deep extraction

    • Upholstery cleaning

    • Full mould or limescale restoration (surface treatment only)

    • Exterior window cleaning

    • Waste or furniture removal

    • Pest control

    • Cleaning of lofts, garages, or sheds (unless agreed)

    • Freezers that have not been defrosted

    • Deep Cleaning: From £23.50/hour

    • End of Tenancy Cleaning:

      • Studio: £30/hour

        All other from £42.50/hour

  • No, our cleaners come fully equipped with all products and tools unless you specifically request otherwise.

  • Yes. You can manage your booking through your confirmation email or contact us directly. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.

  • Our cleaners bring their own cleaning products unless otherwise agreed. However, due to transport limitations, clients are expected to provide a vacuum cleaner and mop. If these are unavailable, clients must request provision in advance, which is subject to availability and transport constraints.

  • No, our prices are not fixed totals. When you book a service (e.g. a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deep clean), the price shown is an estimate based on the expected duration of the job.

    We charge by the hourly rate, and the total hours booked reflect the total work time, not a flat fee.
